If you purchased your Rollink product from another retailer, please consult their return policy. Warranty coverage still applies to all purchases, regardless of the retailer.
Our 100 – day trial
Our 100-day trial period gives you time to ensure that your new suitcase is the right travel companion for you, before you set out on a new adventure.
We’ve done all the quality testing for you, and we’re confident that your luggage will withstand the toughest travel conditions.
While we’re convinced that you’ll love your Rollink luggage from day one, we understand it’s possible to have second thoughts upon receiving your order. In case the size isn’t right or the color doesn’t fit you, don’t worry! You can return your luggage in the original condition you received it in. Returned items must not be used or damaged. They also must be in their original packaging.
To return a purchased item, please email [email protected] first. When shipping your return, make sure to include the original invoice.
If you’d like to exchange your item, let us know within seven business days of receiving your order and we’ll be happy to help. Products must not show signs of use and they need to be in the original condition they were received in, including the original packaging.
Please note that returns will be at your own expense. We will be happy to create a label for you and send you an invoice.

All of our luggage comes with a three-year warranty.
Rollink products pass an intensive high-end quality assurance program to ensure they meet the required standards. If your product has developed a defect, please use the following guidelines for guidance on what to do next.
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to reflect on your account.
Damage caused by Airline luggage handlers or other travel operators, such as rips, scratching, denting, cracking, sheared off wheels or components, bent trolley handles and similar:
- Wear or tear from general use, neglect, accidents or abrasions
- Exposure to extreme temperatures
- Damaged caused by exposure to water, beauty products, chemicals, solvents or acids
- Damage to any contents in transit such as cameras, media equipment, bottles etc.
- Deliberate damage
- Matching products, or items purchased as a set
- Combination lock issues caused by incorrect use or forcing the lock open
The Flex Vega line features impact-resistant polycarbonate hard shells and comes in three sizes: Cabin, Cabin Plus and Medium.
The Flex Aura line features a compartment built into the front of the shell, perfect for easy access to your laptop, travel documents and anything else you want close at hand. It also has an extra pocket inside the suitcase and a built-in magnetic buckle that holds the suitcase when folded. The Flex Aura comes in two sizes: Cabin and Cabin Plus.

To make a warranty claim, contact us through our website and provide either a copy of your purchase receipt or a copy of your order confirmation email. This will allow us to verify that your warranty period is still valid.
We may accept other documents such as bank statements, if the items are clearly stated or a warranty card that has been stamped and dated at the time of purchase by the retailer and includes full details of your product. We are unable to consider warranty claims without one of the above.
The Cabin size is ideal for domestic flights. It is made to fit official airline regulations at 22″ x 14″ x 9″.
The Cabin Plus, measuring 21.6″ X 15.7″ x 9″ is ideal for international flights. It meets carry-on requirements for most major airlines across the globe.
We will do our best to use a matching spare part, but please note that some items come in a standard color, such as black. If spare parts are not available for your model, or we are unable to offer a repair, we will offer a replacement at our discretion.
If a replacement is offered, we will aim to provide the same product, but as our ranges change from one season to another, we reserve the right to offer the nearest alternative option available at that time. When offering alternative ranges, we will consider if you have a hard- or soft-shell product, the general size, the price paid, and the wear and tear of the item.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. All of our shipments are sent through UPS, which is authorized to deliver orders only to residential or business addresses.
We use UPS for all shipments. Most shipments can be expected in 7-10 days.
Proposition 65 requires businesses to inform Californians about potentially harmful chemicals in products. We are committed to product safety, which is why all of our products comply with California Proposition 65.
All of our suitcases feature durable two-way zippers that can be used with any TSA-approved lock. The medium checked Vega arrives with a TSA-approved lock built in to the case.
Our packing cubes, toiletry bag and laundry bag are made from durable, tear-resistant polyester. Simply close the zippers and put the items into a washing machine on a delicate cycle wash.
To clean both the polycarbonate shell and interior lining, use a soft, wet cloth with warm water and mild dish soap.
All of our products arrive in gift-worthy packaging, wrapped in stylish branded card boxes and extra protection layers, perfect for transporting with a reduced risk of damage.
