Fantastic product and fantastic customer support. Mine came with a small defect in the zipper puller, customer support got it sorted out in no time. Instead of a sending a single zipper puller they sent me 17 sets, it was absolutely hilarious and made our day to get a medium sized box for what I thought was a single zipper pull and instead get 34 total zipper pulls
